Bien cuit is French culinary phrase. Translating to being "well done" to the point of perfection.

Bien Cuit is also a bakery located in the Boreum Hill area of Brooklyn.

Chef Zachary Golper and his wife and business partner, Kate Wheatcroft, opened the bakery in July of 2011.
